Maestrale – ‘the Master of all the Winds.’ A strong, stable and reassuring wind to rely upon to reach the safety of the port of origin – Venice – where these strings, blue like the wind, were conceived and developed.

For the Dogal Maestrale exclusive materials are combined with advanced production techniques put these strings at the top of our production : authentic ‘Made in Italy’ excellence. Like the Maestrale, these strings are clear and powerful with a percussive sound, perfect balance and a natural timbric transition between trebles and basses.

The particular density of the fibre provides a stable vibration and fast playing. The velvet sensation of the touch aids accurate fingering whilst offering an excellent durability due to a high resistance to nail abrasions. With their elegant and tasteful blue colour, they are visible under any lighting conditions.
